Excellent experience
David is extremely knowledgeable in the area of debt defense. He responds immediately to inquiries and tries to put your mind at ease when things seem to be crashing down around you. He is caring and supportive when you need a counselor at the worst times in your life!
"David is one of the few attorneys I know who consistently instead of backing down from a fight instead will dig in to wage the battle, competently. I endorse David."
"I endorse this lawyer. Highest level of professionalism and great client service. Extremely knowledgeable on the subject area. If ever needed an attorney to retain David is at the top of my list."
"I have had the pleasure of working with David on several matters as co-counsel in trial court, appellate, and bankruptcy matters. David is a fine lawyer who brings both his technical knowledge of the law and his ability to persuade in the courtroom to every matter he handles. He is creative, pragmatic, and adept at turning situations around to his clients' advantage. He is also a good person and you know his word is bond. I endorse David fully and without reservation."
