Biography
As a member of the Florida Bar for over 12 years, Wendy Kwon has formerly been employed by the State Attorney’s Office of the Third Judicial Circuit, in Columbia County, Florida from 2004 through 2015. Her dedicated experience in prosecution has given her exclusive and essential insight into the prosecution of criminal cases, which she utilizes in the defense of her criminal clients.
Upon relocating back to the Central Florida area where she was raised, Wendy has turned her attention to helping clients with legal issues pertaining to family law, criminal law, traffic infractions, and estate planning. Clients are important to Wendy and she understands the importance of strong personal attention as well as extensive legal experience and knowledge to guide her clients through every step of the legal process. Along with her legal partner, Joseph Wirth, together they seek to benefit and support the residents of the Central Florida area with a variety of legal matters. Wendy Kwon resides in the Central Florida area with her family, including her two young sons.
