My session lacked the substantive advice I sought, which was promptly and clearly provided in a subsequent free consultation at another firm. The lawyer from that company immediately identified that I needed to submit documentation for both a primary and a joint sponsor—an answer that was simple yet crucial, highlighting the inefficiency and unhelpfulness of my session with Gail. This interaction was not only a financial loss but also an emotional strain, as I left feeling that my legitimate concerns were neither acknowledged nor addressed. The frustration of feeling underserved after investing in what was supposed to be expert legal advice is profound. For anyone seeking competent and respectful legal guidance, I recommend looking beyond this Firm. It's crucial to find a service that not only respects but also effectively addresses your legal needs without unnecessary complications. My experience with this lawyer and her staff was HORRIBLE and I would NEVER recommend this attorney to anyone!! Initial call- Let me begin with the initial call to schedule the consultation. The secretary/representative that answered the phone to gather the information to proceed with the consulta...tion was very condescending and belittling. Her tone and the disrespectful manner in which she spoke should have been an indication of the unprofessionalism I was yet to encounter with the attorney. After her tone and dismissive attitude was politely brought to her attention, she apologized. RELUCTANTLY, I proceeded to schedule the consultation. Consultation- Attorney Gail Seeram was nearly 30 minutes late to the phone appointment. Punctuality is very important and it speaks volumes regarding your integrity and the respect (or lack of) you have for others and their time. During the conversation, Ms, Seeram repeatedly spoke over me not allowing me to answer her questions and rudely interrupted when I attempted to respond. She was dismissive and even insinuated that the "official" documents I shared with her were obtained fraudulently. She went on to blame the issue on the actions of my parents as if they were to instruct the agencies in question on how the process should have been carried out and the documents they should have obtained. I am a professional of my craft and if a potential client is soliciting my services, I would NEVER speak to them in the manner in which I was. This experience has taught me that professionalism, character, and respect are all attributes this law office definitely lacks!!! Again, I would NEVER recommend this attorney for her services. If it were possible to give a "No Star" rating that would be too high of a rating for the despicable way in which I was treated. Thank you, Utterly Appalled and Disgusted

Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she didn’t like the fact that we’re a same sex couple, or perhaps she just had too much work to deal with, but whatever the reason, Gail Seeram was very obviously not interested in helping us, and her attitude made that perfectly clear. We consulted her quite ...some time ago when she had an office in Kissimmee (our consultation was face-to-face in her office) and we left her office feeling dejected and confused and hopeless. We knew for sure that my spouse would qualify for a green card, as I am a US citizen and my spouse and I had been in a relationship since 1997 and legally married since 2013, plus the financial side wasn’t an issue, plus we had sponsors standing by if we needed them (which we didn’t) but Ms Seeram apparently didn’t seem to agree. We needed her help with the physical application process. We’d already filed the paperwork but we’d obviously filled it out incorrectly. She was off-hand and disinterested from the get go, and more or less told us that our chances of a successful application were close to zero. The following day, we contacted another immigration attorney in downtown Orlando who could see no problem with our application or our chances of obtaining a green card for my spouse, and with his help, a green card arrived in the mail a few months later, after a successful interview with USCIS who approved the petition on the spot at the end of the interview. The attorney we did eventually hire spoke quite highly of Ms Seeram and was surprised when we told him about our experience of her, however I can only write a review based on my own experience. Even a long time later, I’m still annoyed by her attitude and lack of interest. Obviously I can’t say Gail Seeram is a terrible attorney overall because everyone will have had a different experience, but our own experience was completely negative. Had we listened to her incorrect advice, we would have just given up and left the country, but we knew the advice she gave us during the consultation was incorrect, and that coupled with her appalling and dismissive attitude made it a very negative experience for us. The application process for a green card is stressful enough without it being made even more difficult and unpleasant by someone you turn to for assistance.

My name is skander. I went in for a consultation on tuesday January 16 2019 at 10.15 am and I was promised to speak to the attorney gail. From the beginning I felt uncomfortable as the secretary kept coming back and forth asking me information about my case which I already provided over the phone bef...ore I come in. After 30 min wait from the time of my appointment a lady showed up presented herself as a paralegal and started asking me questions about my case which bare in mind was already provided twice already by now. I tried explaining the case but she won't even let me speak and I presented some immigration documents which she even didn't look at. She was extremely rude and without any knowledge of immigration procedures. The whole conversation lasted 3 min which I was dismissed literally from the office. So much for a consultation. This place is really unprofessional and don't let the made up reviews fool you.
