Please be careful with is men, he is nasty ans use a bad vocabulary and offensive words with clients. after he take payment, refuse to talk to you about your case and you never see any paper or any progress, if you do question, he yelling to you bad words, always is in a bad mood and treat the peopl...e like garbage. If you go to the office, he say you need call for make an appointment, when you call, he say he don’t know you, and don’t let you explain anything, less about the money that you paid to him. I ask about my paper and he said, go to hell and look for another lawyer for recuperate your papers,. Is so sad that you are looking for help with a lawyer, and precisely he put you in a situation like this and losing your money for nothing

at first he was so sweet give him my case after he got paid then you see the mean person he is you can't ask any question always yelling not updating you whats going on i have to remind him of any hearings would never recommend to any one i got a letter from immigration so that why i trust and choos...e him MIGUEL MENDIZABAL he is a really bad and mean lawyer !!!!

This guy is so far the worst attorney I have ever crossed paths with. First he will show you the light in the dark tunnel and tells you that because of his expertise, he does charge a lot of money. Then and after getting paid he doesn’t give a flying crap about you. He wasn’t even answering my calls ...anymore or even returning them. After a little while sent me a letter stating he will not longer represent me and not mentioning a word about the $9500.00 I paid him. Of course I didn’t get a dime back.
