If you want to pay too much much and end up being deported, then you can Hire Mr Mendizabal. This is exactly what happend to me. After paying his fees of $7000 he submitted my case but when it got denied and I was detaned by ICE. Mr. Mendizabal wouldn't even answer my calls anymore. About a month lat...er he finally answered to tell me he's not willing to represent me anymore. At that time when I needed him the most, he just left me. Then I was deported.

at first he was so sweet give him my case after he got paid then you see the mean person he is you can't ask any question always yelling not updating you whats going on i have to remind him of any hearings would never recommend to any one i got a letter from immigration so that why i trust and choos...e him MIGUEL MENDIZABAL he is a really bad and mean lawyer !!!!

Went to see him for initial consultation, but of course, MONEY is the first thing he mentioned. I understand, the service isn't free & I don't mind to pay, but seemingly all he cares is just how much he can get from established & prospective clients. He went through very fast, and when we have que...stions, his exact comment was, "Was that so hard to understand?". Whoa, I never met anyone as arrogant before. Needless to say, there's no way I would ever go to him for assistance. What a waste of $75 for 10 minutes he 'spared' for us. Shamefully, we got his number from Department of Homeland Security. If there's a NO star or minus for overall rating, I would choose that !!!!!
