Marty Chapman, I would never recommend her to anyone for legal services. While we were in negations with EEOC and the company, she was on the phone texting her mother and others. Marty just wanted to get the negations over, not with my benefit in mind. I call and emailed her several times and receiv...e no return call or email. STAY AWAY from her.

This attorney has represented me on two separate occasions. The first one she did a wonderful job and settled my case within months. The second one she has been really lousy. She missed a deadline to file suit in court, even though the filing fee was paid to her well in advance, she and her staff ref...use to respond to a simple email just requesting the status of the case. Her assistant also refuses to schedule a 15 minute phone conference with the attorney. Don't go here, you will only get put off time and time again, or no response at all, even if you have a contract agreement which has been breached numerous times. Filing a complaint with the Florida bar may be something to look into, or seeking a legal malpractice attorney.
