Paul R. Linder

Since our inception in 1986, Griffin & Linder, has been dedicated to providing skilled and diligent representation of our clients.

     Paul R. Linder, is a native of Florida, who obtained his undergraduate degree from The University of Florida, with honors, majoring in Business Administration in 1979.  He graduated from the University of Florida Law School in May of 1982. 

 

     While at the University of Florida, Paul was a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity, Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Society, Omicron Delta Kappa, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.  He was elected to Florida Blue Key and served as President of Florida Blue Key in 1981.

 

     Upon graduation from Law School, Paul returned to Central Florida to practice law with the firm of Gurney & Handley. In 1986 he formed the firm of Griffin & Linder, P.A.  Since 1990, Paul has had an “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell.  He specializes in complex personal injury, commercial litigation, and eminent domain litigation.  He was elected as a Leading Florida Attorney in 1997 in commercial litigation. 

 

     In addition to his law practice, Paul has been active in the business community.  He has been a cattle rancher and citrus grower for four decades. Presently he serves as a State Director of the Florida Cattleman’s Association. Paul also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Atlantic Blue, Inc, a landholding company with commercial and agricultural interests. 

 

      Paul remains an active supporter of the continued growth of the University of Florida. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Florida Law Center. Paul enjoys boating, horseback riding, studying history and traveling with his family. 

 

      Mr. Linder is a member of the Orange County and American Bar Associations and the Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice before all Florida Courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
