Mark Howard Jamieson

I was born and raised in Orlando and attended Boone High School. I returned to Orlando in 1993 to practice law after attending college and law school at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. My practice is focused on primarily serving the business, real estate and elder law needs of my clients. Over the years I have faced a wide variety of legal issues, including, but not limited to the following:

• Business and real estate litigation involving contract enforcement, collections, non-compete agreements, foreclosures, ADA construction defense, evictions, partnership or shareholder disputes and other related issues faced by businesses and individuals.
• Post litigation actions involving settlement enforcement, judgment collection, garnishment or discovery in aid of execution.
• Transactional work involving vender to vender agreements, employment contracts, leases, letter agreements, company formation, employee handbooks, independent contractor agreement, promissory notes and severance agreements.
• Elder law helping individuals prepare for the future through wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate planning.
