Kathryn Denise Anderson

I have been a lawyer for over ten years now and love what I do. After working as a paralegal for several years, I decided to "go for it" and went to law school. It was a tremendous sacrifice as I had young children at the time. I could not have done it without the love and support of my husband, parents, in-laws and extended family. It takes hard work to get through law school and pass the bar examination. Trust me, I know. My parents instilled in me a very strong work ethic and I carry that with me every day. I work hard for my clients and take great pleasure in being able to help people in their time of need. 

Having worked directly for the insurance industry in the past, I have taken that knowledge and experience and carried it into my current position as a personal injury attorney. I know the moves the claims adjuster will make and the defenses he/she will raise. I will use that information to get the best possible result for my client. 

I have tried cases in several counties in Florida. I have also handled several appeals and appeared at oral arguments before the 5th Distict Court of Appeal. I am also licensed in Federal court.
