David Scott Glicken

My husband and I hired David to represent us after we have already completed and filed all documents in our case to modify an existing parental agreement. After paying a $3500.00 retainer we are now two months into what could have been settled in a few phone calls between attorneys. But there has bee...n little to no progress in our case. We have had new information and wanted a status report we have been unable to reach him for three weeks. we have sent ten emails, twelve text messages and multiple phone calls to him and his receptionist we still have no response. At this point our case has been affected by his negligence and we have to seek new counsel because he has basically stolen our money and refuses to respond to us. We will file a formal complaint against him next. Please, I urge you to think carefully before you hire him. He is knowledgeable but seems extremely preoccupied or over loaded to handle a case properly.
