I had a highly disappointing experience with the O'Mara Law Group, specifically with Mark O'Mara and Brittany Staggs. Despite my clear written authorization for my Power of Attorney to be included in case communications due to my medical hardships, the firm refused, incorrectly claiming it would waiv...e attorney-client privilege. This caused significant delays and hindered my ability to manage my case effectively. Additionally, after parting ways, the firm agreed to provide a final itemized bill but failed to do so promptly, instead citing a "billing cycle" delay that tied up funds critical for retaining new counsel. Multiple emails and calls, including issues with accessing documents, went unresolved or were met with slow responses. The lack of responsiveness and disregard for my needs as a client with health challenges made this experience frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience as I have filed a formal complaint with the Florida Bar. Respectfully, Jason Zicchino, MBA
