Unprofessional
Ahmad did not get crucial depositions done in my case nor accurate reports of my medical records. He allowed evidence that was inaccurate to support the defense. He allowed a staged video to be played in court that was highly prejudicial to the outcome of my case. He did no trial prep with my witness...

Replied last March 14, 2023This case had been going on for about five years before I ever got involved (very close to the then trial date). It was unique in that David was claiming damages for coming into contact with a pencil cactus while doing work at someone's home. Adding to the challenge, David had a difficult time on the witness stand (despite the significant hours of preparation), which was understandable given the difficulty of presenting on the witness stand for anyone let alone someone with his extensive prior medical history (a substantial portion of which was the same nature as the one claimed in the lawsuit). Though understandable, it was unfortunate given its effect on the Polk County jury. I do believe David has kind qualities. I wish him the best moving forward.
