Truly Awful-Unresponsive is Understatement

Started working with him April 2024. Never reached out to complete the tasks he was paid for. Told me all information necessary was received in April 2024. After reaching out numerous times, ask for more information in November 2024. Never responded to any of my emails and now no longer works for th...e corporation. Just stole my money didn't do his work. Terrible experience... I don't know what he was paid for, but nothing has been done on my behalf.

Rescued Tax return from IRS

I received notice from the IRS that there was an issue with my return. After several weeks of calling the IRS and getting the run around, I reached out to Mr Joshi to discussed my situation. He immediately reassured me he would handle it. Mr Joshi gave me regular updates on the situation and after a ...few months we had the problem sorted and my return was on its way! I can’t thank him enough for all the time he saved me from having to deal with the IRS myself.
