Jordan called us back within five minutes as we needed immediate direction. He was clear and concise, very prompt and patient. He thoroughly explained what he could and was honest when he needed to read up on specifics before answering our questions. He was "real" and we greatly appreciated the way h...e explained things, the way he was respectful and we never felt like just another number.
