If you are looking for professionalism from an attorney and his staff members , Pierce & Associates is not the office to attend. They are very ineffective in what they promise to do. He and his crew are not very responsive, trustworthy, or even knowledgeable as to what's happening to your case. T...hey never keep you informed as to what is happening with your situation and when you call to get information they don't have an answer for you. The answers are not there because, they set your case aside and practically forget about it, until you nag them enough to get a response. You cannot get an answer or courtesy call from attorney Pierce unless you pay his very expensive hourly fee to see him for an answer that he promises to call you back with. While waiting for this attorney in his office, I've witnessed on several occasions where other clients have called and asked to speak with this attorney while he is in the office and his staff members would state to other clients that he is not in the office to speak with them. Bottom line they lie and avoided you like a plague once they receive your signed contract for rendered services. My advice to you is to continue to shop around for an attorney that will provide the excellent service that you deserve. How do you find an attorney like that, I personally don't know. I've asked several friends and others and I still ended up with Pierce & Associates. Which ended up being a very disappointing choice for me, and it will be for you also if you hire this attorney to represent you. Bottom line, just my personal opinion is Attorney Pierce does not run a very effective operation as far as trustworthiness, responsiveness, knowledge, and information update is concerned when it comes to your personal case, especially if the case is time sensitive. Good luck to all that reads this, but take it from a former client of Attorney Pierce, he is not worth the time, energy, and the dollars that you are going to spend with him. He and his staff will just add to the stress. Google his name, and you will find a few more negative reviews out there for him. More and more clients are putting reviews out there to protect you.
