“I try to see and hear things from my client's point of view. Once I earn their trust, my clients come to know that they can count on me to put their best case forward, as long as it is truthful. When I believe in a client's case, I will go the extra mile and then some to achieve what I believe they are entitled to under the law.”
I received my legal education from the University of Florida School of Law, where I graduated with honors in 1986. Following graduation, I worked as an assistant to a judge in the Fifth Diistrict Court of Appeals, which decides all appeals for the Central Florida area. Afterwards, I worked with several large lawfirms, until I started my own law firm in 2006. I enjoy practicing as a small firm so that I can provide direct and personal service to my clients. I believe that being someone's lawyer is a special relationship based on trust. I truely enjoy using my skills, knowledge, and expertise to help my clients resolve what may be the most serious problem that they will ever have.
I am board certified as an expert in civil trial law by the Florida Bar. I have extensive experience litigating cases involving professional malpractice, personal injuries, insurance disputes, real estate disputes, and business disputes. I have represented clients seeking compensation, and I have also defended clients who are being sued. My experience in representing clients on both sides of a case gives me a deeper understanding of how to achieve the best outcome for my clients, whether it be a favorable settlemnent, or a victory in the courtroom.

Peace Of Mind
Peace Of Mind. Jeff took care of a very pressing matter for me which involved an HOA. He did not waste my time or money, but got straight to the heart of the matter and got the job done. Jeff carefully explained to me what was involved and what the possible outcomes might be. I left his office aft...

Help with real estate trap
A questionable real estate conglomerate tried to cheat me out of deposit after they changed an agreement with me. Their new agreement woldhave doubled the mortgage payment. They refused to budge and Mr. Badgley was able to obtain a full refund from the company.
"I endorse this lawyer. I have observed Jeff during trial work and his command of the courtroom, procedure, and law was impressive. Additionally his demeanor with the judge and jury were equally impressive as well. He is a very personable attorney and he is well respected in the legal community both personally and professionally."
"Jeff is a fantastic lawyer who works very hard for his clients. I feel that one of Jeff's best attributes is his attention to detail. This allows him to handle complex litigation cases that many lawyers would not be able to effectively manage."
"I endorse this lawyer. He is well respected in the community, has an excellent courtroom presence and obtains great results."
"Jeff and I have worked on some big cases together. And, when I was a defendant in Federal Court in an employment law matter, I hired Jeff to defend me. The outcome: Dismissal of the case against me. He is the lawyer that I trust for advice and guidance. Jeff is a Board Certified Civil Trial lawyer, and an outstanding father, husband, father, and person."
"It is my pleasure to endorse Jeff Badgley. He is a high level professional who focuses in providing the most favorable outcome for clients."
