Social Security claimed that I owed $47,000+ for overpayment, and discontinued my benefits. Mr. Auffant convinced them that I didn't owe for overpayment and made them pay my benefits for the 2 months that they cancelled. I didn't pay Social Security for the overpayment claim, and benefits are restore...d!! James rocks!!

I was almost permanently crippled by an uninsured at fault driver, and other attorneys just told me to sue my own car insurance company for my $10,000 uninsured idiot coverage PIP limit. James was able to get me a quarter million dollars, which enabled me to pay for medical rehab for my shattered spi...ne, live fairly well, and afford my medical treatments for life. He was instrumental in helping me to get social security aid, which other attorneys said I couldn't get. He went "the extra mile" for me, and did what no other of my 5 other attorneys said was possible. I feel a great debt of gratitude towards this guy, as he seemed to REALLY CARE! I highly recommend him, especially with social security cases, in which other attorneys don't have the experience or tenacity to make it happen.
