After explaining my case to this lawyer, he thought going out of town was more important than the time sensitivity of the case. When he got back in town he never followed up with me. I called him to make it clear that I am not hiring him for representation of my case. I was clear and he understood. He is not an honest lawyer because he knew he did not do anything concerning my case nor did he represent my case, BUT he waited 3 months later to bill my legal services for fabricated services he never performed. Of course the claim was denied!

I am in the finance and accounting profession and I have served as Financial Controller for a large manufacturer for many years. I am also very involved with my connunity and serve as the treasurer of a youth sports nonprofit organization...in this role is that I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Ogburia.
He provided excellent services and the most important thing for me is the warm approach with which he treats people in need.
Mr. Ogburia's services are synonym of professionalism, care and honesty. I highly recommend him.
