The most you can get is the suspended sentence. But depending on judge you may be able to get less.

A trespass warning will not go on your record.
So i got a driving unknowingly suspended driver license. Miss wrote ticket amount. Felt it was wrong fully or not my fault.

There is always a possibility. You should contact a criminal defense attorney ASAP so they can speak with the prosecutor and try to get it dropped.
