You should hire a lawyer to go to this court date with you and make sure nothing bad happens like you getting locked up.

You need to hire a lawyer to appear for you. Since it's a misdemeanor the lawyer can handle the entire case without you having to come back.
Does time credit or timed served include community control or house arrest

No he would only get credit for time spent in jail on the case not any time on probation or community control. Sorry.

You probably won't be able to get a hardship due to the Dwls. You will need a lawyer for the vop and the new case
