I hired Mr. Turner to assist me with a complicated claim due to a water leak from a unit above me due to negligence in the condo building I reside in. This matter became very contentious and lengthy involving HOA as well as owner of the unit that caused the damage. I hired Mr. Turner to conduct a review of a contract I thought I had a way out of regarding a vacation club time share points purchase. I was under contract and had ALREADY paid in full (with extreme buyers remorse) almost 19K. The vacation club asked me to sign an additional document so I contacte...d CRT Legal I live in Indiana and have not met Mr. Turner face to face. My issue was extremely time sensitive. I contacted Jessica, also fantastic, on Tues. 10/11/16. I spoke with Mr. Turner the following day and had ALL of my money returned by 10/21/16. CRT Legal then sent me an itemized bill and returned about 30% of my very reasonable $500 retainer. Extremely professional and outstanding service all the way. Thank you!!

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel towards Mr. Turner. He defended me when a previous lawyer refused to return my retainer fee after I fired him. Mr. Turner guided me through the rules of the Florida Bar and was instrumental in getting me my money returned when we went to arbitration. Altho...ugh it was not a huge amount of money, Mr. Turner treated my case with dignity and perseverance indicative of a larger case.
