The encounter moved into the parking lot where my client allegedly punched the security guard in the face and then fled the scene. My client was arrested and charged with Battery. The case proceeded to a Jury Trial.

Police arrested and charged him with Resisting an Officer and Int ... erfering with an Investigation. Police also arrested his friend. Mr. Kaigle represented both. The case proceeded to a Jury Trial. After the State presented all of its evidence, Mr. Kaigle made argument to the court that the case should be dismissed. The Judge agreed and entered a Judgment of Acquittal.
