Charles Nix is a member of the corporate and real estate legal team. With over 15 years’ experience in multifaceted real estate transactions, his wide range of expertise in commercial real estate, development and project management are of the utmost importance to the clients he represents. Mr. Nix concentrates his practice on a variety of companies and individuals in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Nix also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Mr. Nix has held positions at various Central Florida law firms, acting as both legal counsel and in commercial project management and acquisitions. In addition to the drafting, review, negotiation and analysis of commercial and residential documents and transactions, he also acted as a litigating advocate for clients. Mr. Nix also has years of professional experience working with government entities, industrial developers, large-scale homebuilders, national insurance companies, banking institutions and title companies.
