I hired Ms. Winter to represent me at a hearing for a motion to dismiss based on a strategy she proposed. Unfortunately, her entire strategy was built around presenting evidence at this hearing. We discovered during the proceeding that it was a non-evidentiary hearing, meaning no evidence could be... presented or reviewed. This fundamental misunderstanding of the court's procedure made her representation for that hearing completely ineffective. The evidence we had prepared was useless. I felt that my case was negatively impacted by a lack of basic procedural knowledge and proactive preparation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her services.
