‎11/‎9/‎2016 Well, my nightmare began May 10, 2016 at 1:00pm in Fayetteville , Ga. at my only Brother home I was arrested at his home , for a Crime the I was falsely accused of a charge that would have taken me away from my Family for years You see my wife and I were living in a Subsidized Apa...rtment bitting time until The Department of Veterans Affairs paid back Benefits I had earned from being a Disabled Veteran, it took years. But it finally came , but when it arrived , we were evicted from that apartment April 1, 2016 at that same time, because this certain person had made false statements against me in November 31, 2015 to cause this to happen to us. So my wife and I left the Property . After moving into my Brother's home in Georgia , the State of Florida decided to press a charge against me , I was arrested in Ga. 05/10/2016 , That's when I called the Law Firm of Kramer on that date , and explained to Faith (The Intaker) my crisis. I was sent back to Florida to face this charge . After meeting with Raymond Treindly , Christopher Brown , Steve Kramer Counsel for the Firm , I was then taken on as a Client. My wife and I owe them our DEEPEST GRATITUDE. They listened , to us and I provided pictures of my where abouts on that date of November 31 , 2015 , that provided the clothes I was wearing , and a time stamp of when and where our vehicle located to prove my innocents for the time in question of the alleged incident. They provided me with the BEST of DEFENSE before the Court. And , to this day that ugly charge I was facing was Dismissed by the State. God worked through them to free me of the charge And I am forever GRACEFUL for them coming to our aid. My advice to anyone , is to be truthful to yourself and be truthful to your Attorneys. Trust is a Powerful statement.
