Carlos Diez-Arguelles is a lawyer with over 20 years experience in personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice litigation. He is recognized among Florida's top 100 trial lawyers. His success in the recovery of multi-million dollar awards, has earned him a seat as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Diez-Arguelles is also a board certified civil trial lawyer. Mr. Diez-Arguelles has chaired the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Continuing Legal Education Committee. Also, he has co-chaired the Insurance Task Force of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Diez-Arguelles lectures to professional groups on such topics as Jury Selection, Opening Statement, Cross-Examination, Closing Argument, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Auto Accidents.
