I hired Bill to handle a case for my 18 year old son who was being charged with a Felony Sex Crime because he turned 18 and his high school girlfriend of over a year was still 15. Bill did a great job negotiating with the State Attorney's office to ensure the long-term repercussions of the situa...tion were minimized. Equally important, he made sure my son understood the potential consequences of his charges, what my son did that gave the state a stronger case against him, and how any future charges would impact him given the FL point system. I am extremely satisfied with how Bill was able to minimize this situation and ensure my son's future was not destroyed.
