Atty. Toyna L. Young was referred to me after I had retained 2 prior family court and divorce attorneys. At our initial consultation she actually listened to my dilemma, took notes and only interrupted to gain clarity where my emotions had gotten the better of while I relived my frustration with my case. Attorney Young then summarized what she understood to be my situation and explained alternative strategies we could take if I were to retain her counsel. She brought clarity to me as a client and she laid out the expected timelines for each phase of her strategy to occur so that I could evaluate how each phase would impact my desire for closure, my financial impact and how I could prepare to discuss the pending life changes to my children.
I have to say that Atty. Young made what was a horrific experience with the 2 previous attorneys less painful. She did what we discussed within the timeframe we discussed. When hearings or other legal matters presented themselves Atty. Young was diligent in making contact with me to let me know how this information or event would impact our strategy. After spending time (years) and money (thousands) with 2 prior attorney's and feeling like I was on the outside of my own divorce and custody case, my experience with Attorney Young was a complete 180 degree turn-around. I was informed about procedures that we (my attorney and I) were filing and prepared for the response and timeliness of the feedback from both the courts and the opposing counsel. After almost 3 years of going nowhere with 2 other attorneys I was beginning to see resolution and a path to personal recovery so that I could begin to rebuild my life and adjust to a different world for my daughters.
We fought for and were successful at reaching an agree divorce decree and custody arrangement. Attorney Young was also very flexible with the cost of her representation and moving through the phases of my case at a pace that allowed my to live life and make payments to keep my case moving forward towards our goal. Attorney Toyna L. Young is worth her weight in gold in my book. The relief she brought to my family and personal situation was a comfort long overdue.
I have referred Attorney Toyna L. Young to several of my close friends and associates. Her work ethic is most refreshing. Her strategic approach to individualized family law is nothing short of brilliant. I learned so much from working with Attorney Young. She is a principled, hones and straightforward person with a talent for explaining laws and legal processes so that you are aware of the impacts of your past and present decisions so that you can make the best future decisions regarding your family matters.
I will always be thankful for the legal counsel I received from Attorney Toyna L. Young. The legal resolutions entered on my behalf have held up in court from challenges submitted by my ex-wife. My daughters and my career have adjusted to that dark and tumultuous time in our lives and we are moving forward to better days, lives and relationships. I owe Attorney Young much more than the legal fees reflect. I owe you for my current happiness and I will never regret consulting with you and hiring you when I needed divorce and custody legal counsel the most.
Thank You Attorney Toyna L. Young for providing the legal counsel I needed for a price that I could afford. Please continue to do great work for families in need of your talent.
