I WILL NOT CHARGE YOU ANY LEGAL FEES OR COSTS OF ANY TYPE, UNLESS I RECOVER MONEY FOR YOU. If a recovery is made on your personal injury case, costs will be deducted after a deduction for an attorney's fee is made. If we take your case, I will not charge a fee for processing the payment of medical bills or lost wages recoverable under your PIP coverage.
