Stephanie Lane Cook

Stephanie Cook specializes in the expansive field of fiduciary litigation which includes probate litigation, contested guardianships and trust litigation. She also handles commercial litigation and civil litigation matters.

In this highly diverse area of practice, Stephanie relies on a passionate and dedicated approach with clients along with a stellar classroom experience at Barry University. There, she was cum laude and class Valedictorian while also serving as Note and Comment Editor of the Barry Law Review. Additionally, as a student, she was a top Moot Court national competitor and argued an amicus brief before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in U.S. v. Long, 64 M.J. 57, September 2006.
