Roger L. Weeden

Mr. Weeden is simply amazing!!!!! He has worked cases for not 1 but 2 of my family members and in each case he handled business. He is very informative and makes it a point to keep you updated and informed on what is going on in the case. Seeing others rate him poorly is kind of baffling because you ...have to understand he is a great attorney who tends to have more than one case going on at a time. If you give him the time I promise he will not fail you! He lays everything on the table, the good bad and the ugly. He tells you what he thinks would be best for the best outcome in your case! Mr weeded is amazing and he is highly recommended!!!

I am a current client of Mr. Weeden. I was referred by a friend whom Mr. Weeden represented. He answered all my phone calls and questions before I hired him and sinceI hired him last month I have not heard from him. He told me that he will contact me a week after he was hired again I have not heard ...anything, I have called and left over 20 messages on his cell and with his secretary. I am so disappointed Mr. Weeden bragged about his over 30 years experience and what he was going to do for me, nothing has happen yet! I can't believe that a someone you've hired to defend you would take advantage of you, he took my money and as far as I can see has not done anything on ths case. I can't afford to pau for another lawyer, I am going to give it a few more weeks and then I will be reporting him for misconduct either the bar association.

In the beginning he sounded wonderful. He answered all my calls and all my answers. He stated he was going to do all these things in the beginning and how he was going to travel back and forth to see his client. At first he charged the client $200 to see his client. I was not worrying about that so m...uch.Its now six month in the case and he still haven't receive the documents to proceed with the case or seen his client. We were suppose to go to trial and he came empty handed so we had to postpone the date. He's yelling and pissed about his payment was a day late but still hiding the fact that he still doesn't have the proper documents for the case. I call the secretary everyday to see if anything is in the file, nothing yet. Mr. Weeden was suppose to talk with the witnesses and investigate the case but still have no knowledge about the case and without me finding information on the internet he would be clueless. We went to Bond Hearing and he failed to stand up towards his client but he wants his payment but not willing to work for it. He stated to me he wanted his payment because during trial he needs to stay at a fancy hotel. We can never get in touch with him, he never answers the phone and the secretary never leaves messages for him. I never know anything about the case and every time I call he's not available. This lawyer makes me really upset and no one deserves this kind of treatment. He was cheaper than most lawyer but I guess you get what you pay for. I cant wait until this case is over so I can be done with his attitude. No matter what they are in for a lawyer should give respect toward the client. Also he stated that this case was hard. I agree it is because you have to prove the clients innocence. I'm hoping he doesn't back out now. Just pay attention to these lawyers and chooses them wisely. I talked to plenty lawyers before Roger Weeden and I did have a better lawyer who I thought wasn't strong enough so Roger Weeden was my 3rd choice since he was cheaper. Choose wisely.
