Paul Courtright Fights for What's Right!

I met Paul maybe 10+ years ago and he has helped with various legal matters over those years. He has always kept me informed and has been forthright and honest with his advice and potential outcomes. In my experience with Paul, I found him to be genuine, humble, hardworking and extremely accessible.... In the event that I ever needed an attorney again Paul Courtright will be the first call I make.

Tracey A. Ayers-Carson, Paralegal III

I have known Mr. Courtright since 2004. I have used his legal services in various legal matters ranging from real estate, homeowners association law, guardianship law, criminal defense, landlord-tenant, bankruptcy, reasonable attorney fees, and just practical daily legal advice. I am a Paralegal ...that works with lawyers every day on matters in multiple states and I have, over the course of my career, worked with well over 15 lawyers. In my opinion, I know the difference between a bad lawyer, a good lawyer, and a great lawyer; I have seen them all. In my experience, and opinion, Mr. Courtright is a great lawyer who you always keep and you can always rely upon. I found Mr. Courtright to be one of the most competent, practical, responsive, pragmatic, responsible, and empathetic attorneys I have ever met. His knowledge of the law regarding my matters was exceptional. His preparation was thorough and complete, and communicated with me in a timely fashion. He is comfortable before the Court and his advocacy skills are excellent. It’s no wonder why he is excellent in practice and has been an adjunct professor for a law school for years. He was also candid with the posture of my matters, even when they were bad. He even put me in the competent hands of another attorney when he could not handle my matter because the matter involved a particular specialty of law he did not handle. As for his fee, his rates are very reasonable and better than the reasonable rates charged by other equally competent attorneys within his local community. He even waived his fee in some of my matters for my benefit when money was tight. I am shocked by, and strongly disagree with, the previous reviewer’s negative opinion of Mr. Courtright. I trust my ten years of experience with Mr. Courtright over the previous reviewer. It’s clear, in my opinion, that the previous reviewer has a vindictive, unprofessional “ax to grind” against Mr. Courtright. It is obvious that the review was written in haste because the reviewer ‘go the bill’, not ‘got the bill’. Maybe it was a personality conflict, maybe the outcome of the case was not favorable; who knows. Everyone has an opinion. What matters is what is known. I know I have a far greater knowledge of Mr. Courtright’s skill and work than most. I know Mr. Courtright is a talented lawyer who brings honor to a much maligned profession. I know Mr. Courtright is a credit to the Florida Bar, and most of all, I know Mr. Courtright is an attorney who I would trust with any confidence and legal matter that I have. Mr. Courtright is the lawyer you keep and that you want to be on your side.

Lots of cheerleading for you, lots of money for him.

I used paul courtright and he far exceeded his estimated cost for services, and never told me until I go the bill. His knowledge of the law is theoretical, not practical. Go elsewhere.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
