Biography
Ms. Giuliano is an experienced litigator with a focus on real estate litigation and small business representation. She has represented every type of party in real estate litigation: lenders, associations, homeowners, contractors, managers, tenants, creditors and debtors alike. She has also represented consumers in claims under FDUPTA and the FHA.
She brings this breadth of litigation experience to mediation with a novel ability to understand the case from all sides. She is a passionate advocate for her clients and a compassionate mediator for fellow lawyers and parties alike.
