Ms. Michelle Sarahi Aguilera has been the most disappointing and harmful legal experience my family has ever gone through. We trusted her with my sister’s immigration case, believing she would provide proper representation and guidance. Instead, we were met with negligence, lack of communication, and... a complete absence of the strong defense my sister desperately needed. Throughout the process, we were told that Michelle was supervising the case, and we relied on that assurance. However, it became painfully clear that there was no real oversight, no strategy, and no urgency in defending my sister. My sister’s situation worsened because the team failed to act with professionalism, compassion, or responsibility. Critical steps were ignored, communication was almost nonexistent, and the lack of proper defense has now placed her at risk of being deported. This is not only unacceptable — it is inhumane. As a family, we feel deceived, abandoned, and deeply hurt. We believed we were in good hands, but instead we were left with the consequences of careless work. What has happened is heartbreaking and has caused emotional suffering that words cannot describe. We expected an attorney who would fight, who would care, and who would honor the trust we placed in her. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Attorney Michelle Sarahi Aguilera. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking responsible, ethical, and dedicated legal representation.
