An Attorney who cares for no one

I hired this Attorney not knowing how to shop for one. He was the first Attorney I spoke to and hired. He was not helpful at all once he was hired I spoke to his assistant for the majority of my case. He is not a trial Attorney although he promotes that he is. With the help of this Attorney I lost a... lot more than a year of my life but the aftermath of my case is what hurt me the most. I don't know how he can sleep at night I was clear from the very beginning that this would be going to trial. He then wrote a withdraw from my case to the Judge and was granted the with draw with no notice to me. He withdrew because he wanted more money, his reason to the courts was "I was not cooperating" of course not he wanted me to accept a plea. I cant' even continue it still hurts what he did.

Highly recommended lawyer!

I got arrested and this was the third lawyer I called. He answered his cell phone at 8pm on a Saturday night. I was able to have a phone meeting with him explaining what I had got arrested for (DUI) and that it was my first time ever getting arrested. He explained everything to me and gave me his fe...e over the phone. The fee was reasonable so I went in for a free consultation. I hired him and he did a great job. The staff was also very helpful but not as nice as the lawyer. This is the guy to go to if you did something stupid. It also helped that they took payment plans so that I was actually able to hire him. The only thing I would say that is negative was the fact that my girlfriend was not allowed to call and get information from the lawyers office. They told me it was for security reasons and did not want to reveal anything that was personal or confidential so this pissed off my girlfriend who was helping me pay.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

I called this attorney for my husband that was arrested for a criminal charge. This attorney is worse than public defense. Do yourself a favor and stay away! He was not helpful and would not give basic information. Thank God I fired this guy before moving forward to making the payment for remaining b...alance. If you are looking for someone that is good at their profession by performing honestly this is not the one. He was reprimanded before and all the negative reviews are listed for a reason. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and was BURNED!!!! Be careful.

Good Lawyer

I hired Mr. Rathel to handle my case (criminal case) and he did a great job at trial. I was found not guilty. He explained the risk to me and I made the decision to risk going to trial. At trial Mr. Rathel handled himself well and I was found not guity.
