Michael Louis Rak

I moved to Deland, Fla., when I was four and consider Florida my home. I graduated from the University of Florida in 2005 with a B.A. in political science. In 2008, I graduated from Florida State University's College of Law, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009.

My commitment to consumer advocacy is demonstrated by my past work volunteering with Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, where I counseled clients on foreclosure and bankruptcy strategies. I have also served as a clerk at the Office of the Public Defender in Tallahassee.

Professional organizations where I have been an active member include the Volusia County Bar Association, Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and Real Estate Legal Society.
