Termination of Guardianship Advice
Ms. Smith provided me with invaluable & useful input as to how to go about ending a period of legal guardianship which as gone on for too long & is very obviously motivated by profit. I would recommend her to review any case dealing with this subject.
"I worked with Meredith for nearly a year on guardianship, probate, and estate planning matters. Meredith demonstrates professionalism and passion through her work by protecting client's rights. She employs high ethical standards and creative solutions to effectively represent her clients. Meredith has made a tremendous difference for her clients and in our profession.
