Lan B Kennedy-Davis

Ms. Lan B. Kennedy-Davis is an "Esquire Extraordinaire." I qualify this title as one who grew up among lawyers (my father and brother) in my immediate family. I located her after having lost in civil court and appelate court in Seminole County, FL. I was truly the "victim" of a vicious, aggressi...ve, and materially unfounded lawsuit, involving my family (one surviving parent and 8 siblings) who ganged up against me. As the daughter of a former judge, I knew that anything can happen (and yes, "anything goes" at times in a court of law). I also heard from the best of them (attorneys) that they admittedly won some cases they should have lost and lost some they should have won. Still, when it was adjudicated that I was the "loser", I remained unwilling to accept "defeat." I appealed and lost. I still would not accept "defeat."
