Keith Jason Kanouse Jr.

Mr. Kanouse focuses his practice in commercial litigation, business formation, constructions, and eDiscovery law.  Mr. Kanouse serves as outside general counsel to an Orlando corporation ranked in the top 500s of 2014 Inc. 5000s fastest growing companies.  Prior to joining Hayes Law, PL, Mr. Kanouse was a partner at an Orlando law firm where he represented companies in commercial, intellectual property, employment and technology matters.  Mr. Kanouse has presented lectures and been a panelist on multiple CLEs at the local and state bar level.  Additionally, he has had multiple articles published in Orange County Bar Association The Brief’s magazine. 

Mr. Kanouse obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.  He graduated cum laude from Barry University School of Law, where he was a student member of Orange County Inns of Court and was a published law review research assistant. Currently, Mr. Kanouse serves as Secretary of Barry Law Alumni Association and as Chair of Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyers Annual Golf Tournament.  He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association business litigation and intellectual property committees; and a member of the Florida Bar eDiscovery, technology, and intellectual property committees.
