Kathleen has been a God-send to our family!!! She has handled several different types of cases for our family including a ridiculously drawn out child visitation case. After investing several years as well as several thousands of dollars on the case with an inexperienced attorney, we found our way to... Kathleen Davies. Not only did she clear up our former attorney's incompetent mess...she represented our case professionally, promptly, and with the confidence of the seasoned legal expert that she is! Needless to say, we continue to turn to her for ALL of our legal woes. She has a professional office staff who are always available. Even late into the evening and around holidays. I remember her having to file an emergency motion within close proximity to Christmas. Kathleen is at every single court proceeding and I am always 100% pleased/impressed with her competence. The only regret I can find thus far is not having her as my attorney 5 years ago, at the start of my custody nightmare... I can't say enough about her. I hired Ms. Davies to help with my divorce. It was a very traumatic situation for me and I told her I needed my divorce ASAP. My ex is sneaky and was very nervous. She did NOT due things in a speedy manor. She was NEVER proactive. I got my ex to agree to my settlement offer. All her office did was pa...perwork. I would never work with her again.

I hired Ms. Davies immediately after a car accident in 10/21. Ms. Davies didn't communicate updates (because there were none). Each time I reached out to request status updates I was given an excuse or was told she was working on it. Two and one half years later she continued putting me off and maki...ng excuses (in trial, sick, family member sick). Finally, I asked when my case would take a priority and she never responded. This was nearly 3 months ago. Now I am left in a lurch. I did everything I was supposed to including tracking down hospital documents she said she wasn't able to access. I don't recommend this attorney under any circumstances. I am extremely disappointed.

I hired Miss Davies to represent me in a very complex family law matter and truly regret that decision. The red flags surfaced almost immediately. For example, there was a complete disregard for my time/schedule. Each time I went to the office to meet with her, I waited no less than 30 minutes before... she was available. On one occasion, I waited over an hour passed the scheduled appointment time before telling the legal assistant that I would be leaving. It was only then did Miss Davies come out to greet me. I ended up having to reschedule and come back another day. A total waste of my time. There was a filing deadline that was missed and paperwork was sloppy. My communications and requests sent by email or text were often ignored, "lost", "never received" or brushed off as unimportant. Court Orders and filings by the other party were not shared with me, I only knew things were filed because I checked the docket on my own. Each time I pointed out these issues, I was met with excuses. The only thing she did quickly was cash my checks. Overall, the lack of professionalism and respect for me as a client lead to me terminating the firm.
