Joshua Dean Grosshans

Josh Grosshans is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department where his practice focuses on construction law. Josh represents owners, developers and contractors in construction disputes and litigation in Florida’s state courts, federal courts and in arbitration. Josh has represented clients in construction and other matters across a wide range of industries including single and multi-family residential, commercial retail, theme parks, hospitality, restaurants, healthcare, associations, churches and private schools. Often these disputes involve matters such as construction defect claims, warranty claims, liens, delays, contract and payment disputes, insurance coverage, land use and zoning requirements. He also assists clients in avoiding disputes and delays through the thoughtful preparation and negotiation of construction contracts or by assisting clients as they navigate local land use and zoning regulations.
