Biography
Jose Garcia is a trial lawyer operating out of Orlando, Florida. He studied at the Florida Christian College and then went on to graduate from the Levin College of Law, at the University of Florida. After admission to the Florida Bar, he served as an associate attorney for the Public Defender’s Office in Orange County, Florida. His next opportunity was as an insurance defense attorney at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer. In 2005, he co-founded a plaintiff’s law firm where he provided services to individuals injured by the negligence of another. Then in May of 2013, he launched the JGarcia Law Firm, with the purpose of providing a more personal level of service to his clients.
