Being a nurse and having baseless accusations threaten to destroy your career I called numerous attorneys who made my situation feel hopeless. I am very pleased to write this review. Attorney Rose was on my case since January 2024 against Florida Dept of Health. I spoke with him and he reduced all my all my anxiety and stress. He explained all details of the case and the required time line. He and his secretary Julie were very supportive ...and considerate throughout this process. They made every efforts to answer my questions in timely manner. It was because of Jonathan Rose’s diligent handling of the case, I was relieved from all false allegation and complaints and DoH had to close my file without any reservation. If any one needs any kind of help regarding Board and DOH, Jonathan Rose is the first person to think of.

If you ever have an issue with your professional license, I strongly recommend that you call and retain Mr. Rose and only Mr. Rose. Unfortunately, I have required his services twice and I would immediately contact him a third time, if needed. He is knowledgeable about the issues involved (which can... be very complicated with these Boards) and the players involved, and he definitely has a proactive approach to these issues. Interpersonally, Mr. Rose has always maintained a balance of empathy, realism, and professionalism and during my first case, he provided a great deal of hand-holding (as I was quite fearful of how my situation could have played out). Bottom line: I had a great outcome, better than anyone would expect as a result of Mr. Rose within the past month. His assistant, Julie, is equally awesome. I was so nervous that I would lose my RN license or have some kind of disciplinary action against it after I got kicked out of my MSN program for testing positive for marijuana on a random drug screen. The school then reported me to the IPN and BON. I was devastated and at an all time low to say the ...least, but from the beginning Jonathan was very kind, informative and confident about my case. He told me exactly what would transpire next (and it did) and he was supportive the entire time. Julie was also very kind and professional. She kept great communication with me and made sure I was up to date, as BON cases can take a while and you're often left in the dark.
