John Wilton Windle

I am an associate in Ball Janik LLP’s Construction Defect and Litigation practices. I help clients come through the tough process of obtaining funds to pay for buildings (including homes) riddled with construction defects. I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology which helps me listen to, understand, and resolve the issues in my clients’ cases. I am is a member of the Florida Bar’s Trial Lawyer Section.

I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. I attended Flagler College, where I graduated in three years with honors, obtained a psychology degree, and met the high standards to become a member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology.

After Flagler College, I attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While at the University of Florida, I was on the Executive Board of the Florida Moot Court Team, obtained a certificate of excellence for pro bono work, worked in the Family Law Clinic, made the Dean’s List in the fall of 2013 and 2015, and played rugby for the University.
