Jeff started The Law Office of Jeffrey D. Ostlie, P.A. in 2010 with a focus on real estate and business law. The firm is particularly focused on assisting distressed homeowners resolve problems related to the recent unprecedented decline in Central Florida home values.

Jeff has wide ranging experience in real estate matters. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from Florida International University, in Miami, Florida, Jeff worked as a real estate sales associate, selling residential and commercial real estate in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After graduating from law school, Jeff started multiple real estate brokerages in the Orlando, Florida area where he served as a managing real estate broker and general counsel. He also serves as managing member and general counsel of Central Florida Title, LLC.

Jeff’s associations and background as an owner of a title insurance agency and a principal and broker of real estate brokerages provides a unique advantage to his clients who seek assistance and counsel with loss mitigation strategies relating to real property, such as short sales, loan modification and foreclosure defense.

Jeff’s corporate background as an entrepreneur combined with his legal knowledge and experience provides his clients with keen insights on how to assist them with general corporate and enterprise matters, particularly, though not limited to, the real estate brokerage business and operations. 

Jeff has spent most of his life as a Florida resident, moving to Altamonte Springs, Florida with his family from Seattle, Washington in 1985.

Jeff attending high school at Bishop Moore High School in Orlando and later earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida.
