James Smith proved to be a horrible representation of integrity, honesty, professionalism and accountability in my family members case. He failed to answer calls, respond to inquiries, submitted other clients files with our family members briefs, even separated from a firm for some strange reason and... the firm had to let us know he no longer was employed there. He failed to keep consultation appointments and repeatedly had excuses. It was a complete waste of money and my family member NEVER received any relief with this attorney as counsel.

I called attorney smith because I thought he could be a good lawyer, and maybe he is. However, men on earth have to have mans word. On January Wednesday January 13 2021, I gave him a call about a potential case that I needed his help he stated he was going to call me after he had a very important din...ner. Maybe If I would have told him that I had 10,000 dollars would make a difference which I have. Nonetheless, he never call me as he stated he will. I got the results I wanted but it takes him a long time to get results. He says one thing one week then the next he can't remember about what he planned.
