Jacqueline LaVerne is an Associate attorney with the full-service law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns, focusing on student loan issues and bankruptcy. Before joining BMM, Ms. LaVerne worked for several Central Florida law firms. She earned her J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2016, and her Bachelor of Science for Legal Studies in 2013 from the University of Central Florida. While in law school, she volunteered as an extern in the Bankruptcy Pro Se Clinic located at the George C. Young Federal Courthouse, where she provided assistance to debtors representing themselves in bankruptcy.
Ms. LaVerne also maintained an internship position during law school at a bankruptcy law firm in Orlando where she assisted with foreclosure defense proceedings and bankruptcy. In addition, she was also an Executive Board Member of the Women Lawyers Association at Barry University, where she helped give back to the community and empower her fellow colleagues.
