Do not be misled by Erin's confidence and seeming competence. I hired her outside of Avvo for a child support/alimony modification beginning in 2020 and while she came across very attentive and knowledgable regarding my situation and desired outcome (which I needed quickly) during initial meetings, w...hat transpired with her as "counsel" over the next 1-year was a complete disaster and culminated with me retaining new, competent and aggressive counsel. - No offensive strategy deployed at all... in fact, I'm not kidding here, my new counsel applied more offense in her first day (literally) than I received in 1-year with Erin - No communication regarding what was transpiring --- I constantly had to call to receive updates, which were seldom if any. - When it takes 10 months to get mediation scheduled (and not because of any delay on my part), you have to wonder whether Erin was sleeping on the job, just didn't care, lacked competence or all of the above. She absolutely deployed no tactic to move the process along, despite several being available to her that she, upon my frequent inquiries, said she would pursue. - After a number of other failures (such as mediation being cancelled but not because of me) the icing on the cake came when Erin chose to withdraw as my counsel and actually billed me for her time on deciding and pursuing the withdrawal!!! - Conclusion -> avoid her "services" at all costs. Otherwise you will end up in a worse position financially, emotionally and likely legally.

I was referred to Erin from another attorney here in my home town who could no longer represent me. She came highly recommended by him and with him being my former attorney I trusted him. Erin is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have never met such a confident woman! She doesn't have to say muc...h BUT when she speaks, she is powerful. Erin definitely knows her stuff and has power behind her voice. My first hearing with her, I left feeling empowered, like I needed to work as an employee to her, she is just that good! Despite another review, Erin does not file unnecessary documents. She definitely tries to save her clients as much money as possible. My case is not over, and in fact this is the SECOND time I have been faced with the same type of case and I did not hesitate to contact Erin! And of course, once I contacted her to let her know I had ANOTER petition filed against me, she responded and let me know that she had my back! (not in those exact words but you get it). Erin has the sweetest paralegal as well. Arian will reach out to me on the WEEKENDS! Arian will TEXT me just to calm me down! Who else has a heart like that? I will FOREVER choose Erin and her law firm to handle any of my family law cases.

Where to start? I retained this firm due to a bad experience with a previous lawyer, I walked in and was treated like I had a say in my case and she didn’t give me BS about my case a (divorce) and I grew to respect her and her team of lawyers (George Chandler) especially for handling my mediation an...d keeping me cool. I got what I believe was fair and equitable settlement and top notch treatment! I am not versed in legal terminology and he took his time walking me through every step, I am a disabled veteran and would highly recommended any service member if in need of legal services to speak to this law firm.
