She, and her office as a whole, kept me in the loop every step of the way and I never doubted they were doing all they could for my family. When finances were tight, Attorney Morse even worked with me to find a payment schedule that made continuing my fight possible. I honestly couldn’t be any happier with the results of hiring Ms. Morse and her team. They accomplished so much in very little time. They are amazing!

I don't usually write reviews, but this one's important to me. Ever heard the phrase, "Consult your attorney"? That always sounded odd to me, because most people I know don't have their own personal attorneys. So when a complicated matter involving the custody of children required us to seek help, we... wondered whom we could trust! We turned to REVIEWS, so let me pay it back to the community. Here goes: Erin was awesome. Highly competent, but not cocky. Confident in her expertise, but doesn't bulldoze you with facts and legalese. Asks questions – intuitive ones – and listens well. Her practice seems to be a healthy, positive environment, reflecting her leadership. Erin also CARES. Sure, we were looking for an attorney, not a shoulder to cry on, but in family law, the issues are often deeply personal and painful, and Erin has a rare ability to show sincere empathy while remaining professional and laser-focused on facts, law, preparation and recommendations. Bottom line: NOW we have an attorney!

I started another law office in Altamonte springs that claims to be “One firm for life”. Funds paid to them were used by one document so I was left to find a lawyer at the last minute that was fair and responsible and would do what was best for my children. I met with Erin and she quickly acted on my... behalf! My trial was set for Tuesday and she cleared time for me on the Friday prior to my trial to prepare. She was supportive, reassuring and there every step of the way. I was a nervous wreck the day of our trial, but she helped me stay focused and maintain my composure. Erin went in the courthouse with the best interest of the children in mind and helped the judge see this. The judge even commended her on how it was handled and thanked her for resolving several of the issues at hand the day of the trial prior to going in the courthouse. I really wish I would have hired her from the start. I’m sure we could have settled at mediation. I HIGHLY recommend Erin!

Let me first say this…FINDING A GOOD FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY IS HARD,HARD AS HELL! I was lucky to run into this firm. My situation began a few years ago when my bitter ex wife filed court documents against me for divorce and child custody. I had no idea about court and even less regarding family law. I w...as in limbo. I interviewed the first few attorneys on yelp that had 5 star ratings and got the run around with no direct answer or complete understanding of my case. Most had no argumentative skills and no strategy plan. This cycle continued. I tried everything. Nothing worked! One day, while surfing the Web for legal counsel when I thought all hope was lost I ran into Erin Morse law firm. Not only did she know what she was talking about, she had full understanding of my complex case. Words and a small review cannot explain the gratitude I have for finding Erin and her hard working team behind her. Thank you for protecting my best interest for myself and my son. Fair warning, if you don't want the opposing party to be crushed in court, do not hire her.
