Amazing Attorney

I was ordered by the court to not go to my own house which l had before l got married and she got back into it. She also settled an amicable divorce agreement. I will always be thankful for her services

Confident and always prepared

Beth was hired on the recommendation of my previous attorney when the case, a request for modification to alimony, would not settle. The request for modification was not unusual, however, there were constant roadblocks thrown by opposing counsel including claims that the original MSA was only signed ...because I was terminal and expected to die within 12 months. While I had cancer in the past at the time of signing there was no evidence of disease so I was not expected to die. Needless to say, there were continuous challenges throughout the case. Beth not only handled everything professionally, which I found challenging at times, but she stayed focused on the issues at hand. Beth knew which issues to address and which ones to limit the reaction to. For each mediation and hearing, Beth was organized and prepared which was very apparent as the opposing attorney was not. Beth and Liz (paralegal) had a system that they had everything accessible as it was presented. The result that Beth was able to achieve in my case was very favorable. I'm thankful she was able to settle the case before trial. I would highly recommend Beth.

Business Owner (female)

I filed for divorce in 2011. Then I took my time deciding that a divorce was truly for me. I was the bread winner in the family and I had quite a bit to lose. My spouse quite often threatened me that he would take half of everything I owned. I went in to the marriage with a prenuptial agreement d...ated 2003, also the date of my marriage. I took forever making sure a divorce was what I wanted. My attorney always laid out the facts for me, advising me of the law regarding validity of prenuptial agreements. She also advised that I could get a post nuptial agreement signed with my spouse. He refused to sign a post nuptial agreement. I knew the clock was ticking on splitting my pre marital property and property purchased subsequent to my marriage. My attorney was in contact with me monthly advising me of my legal rights and responsibilities. I finally said I had to move forward with my divorce late 2016. Then my spouse was in an accident and the financial status was going to change with a large settlement. My attorney advised that I wait til the end of that case. I waited and in the end I came out of my marriage the same way I went in. I had accumulated many legal fees but I was safe and financially sound. Beth was available through multiple issues during my divorce including a crazed acting ex spouse. She handled things very professionally and made sure I was always physically safe and financially sound. I could have lost the farm so to speak, but I didn't thanks to her. I am forever in her gratitude and will never marry again unless she writes the prenuptial agreement for me. I recommend her to every one who asks for a divorce attorney. (Beth filed everything properly the entire time it took me to go from the initial divorce filing to the settlement agreement which was 7 years.)

Highly Recommended

After going through severally attorneys I found Greenspoon Marder through another lawyer recommendation. I had my first interview with Mr. Mark Rabinowitz and Ms. Elizabeth Tener. Ms. Tener took my case. Not only did she resolve my case which had been ongoing for many years, she effortlessly did so i...n mediation without dragging out a situation that could have gone on for many more. She surpassed my expectations with her knowledge and ability as an attorney in her field. After my previous experiences, I felt she rapidly understood my case. She conducted it with care and compassion resolving all issues for me, and with the toughness and conviction needed to triumph over my opposition. I would highly recommend her and her firm.
